| Foreign Affairs Minister says farewell to Brazilian Ambassador On Monday June 29, Minister of Foreign Affairs Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett hosted a small reception for the outgoing Brazilian Ambassador to Guyana, His Excellency Arthur Meyer.
During Ambassador Meyer’s four-year tenure, the Governments of Guyana and Brazil reached an agreement on new insurance limits under the Guyana / Brazil International Road Transport Agreement (IRTA).
