The academic year commences in September. Prospective students should apply before the end of April each year in order to be considered for admission in September. However, late applications are accepted. Applicants for all programs must be at least 17 years old at the time of entry. Entry requirements are as follows: Certificate in Fisheries/Aquaculture Studies Entry
Requirements OR Mature students with a sound secondary education. Diploma in Agriculture Entry Requirements A minimum of four (4) GCE OLevel subjects or four (4) CXC subjects including English Language and at least one (1) Science subject either Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture Science (DA) or Integrated Science. OR An equivalent qualification approved by the school. Diploma in Animal Health & Veterinary Public Health Entry Requirements A minimum of four (4) GCE OLevel subjects or four (4) CXC subjects General Proficiency including English Language and at least one (1) Science subject either Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture Science (DA) or Integrated Science. OR An equivalent qualification approved by the school. Diploma in Livestock Production & Management Entry Requirements A minimum of four (4) GCE OLevel subjects or four (4) CXC subjects General Proficiency including English Language and at least one (1) Science subject either Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture Science (DA) or Integrated Science. OR An equivalent qualification approved by the school. Certificate in Agriculture Entry Requirements Three (3) GCE OLevel subjects or three (3) CXC subjects. Preference will be given to those with passes in English Language, Mathematics, Agriculture Science (DA) or Integrated Science. Certificate in Forestry Entry Requirements GCE 'O' Level in three (3) subjects (grade A, B, or C,) or CXC General Proficiency in three (3) subjects (grades I,II, or III.) Preference will be given to those persons who have English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject.
