Youth voluteers are invited to go through the annual workshops which are held during the July-August holiday break. It is a programme funded by various agencies including UNICEF and CIDA, and is therefore free to all participants. Interested persons can apply, the next workshop is July 2001.

After completing the workshop the participants go into their communities and conduct classes on the various issues discusseed in the workshop. Classes are conducted with yoth in their areas for approximately once a week for the year.

Upon completing the programme all successful volunteers will get an official certificate from the Institute of Distance and Continuing Education (IDCE).
