Our Philosophy

The school shall, within it's available resources, strive to implement  a curriculum that will provide for the physical, social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and athletic well-being of each individual within its care, in order to assist each to develop his/her full potential, as a member of Guyanese and the world community.

SKELDON LINE PATH SECONDARY SCHOOL was established in 1963 to provide secondary education in Corriverton.

Facilities

Skeldon Line Path Secondary opened its doors to the public in the year 1963. The school is presently housing approximately 520 students and a staff of 32 teachers.

Subjects

The school offers subjects, which are as follows: The examination offered is CARIBBEAN EXAMINATION COUNCIL for forms five (5) students.
SCHOOL BASED ASSESSMENT (SBA) is offered for all subjects at all levels and counts as 25% of the Annual Score.

This school has been winning the INTER- SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP for the past EIGHTEEN (18) years.

Future Plans

The GUYANA EDUCATION ACCESS PROJECT is presently working on an extension project. This involves building a COMPUTER LABORATORY, an ALL-PURPOSE HALL, EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT SCHOOL STRUCTURE, CAR PARK, BICYCLE SHED and TOILET FACILITIES.
