The Guyana Education Access Project aims to provide MoE with lessons and experiences which contribute towards implementing full access to quality secondary education, (USE). The importance of USE and GEAP's role can be summarised as follows:

The "GEAP Papers" report on lessons and experiences across the full range of GEAP development activities, providing recommendations and ideas for MoE to apply as appropriate in support of replication. The overall series is sub-divided into groups of papers under five theme headings:
